Job Summary:

Participates in the design, development, and implementation of large, complex technology solutions supporting one or more business and/or technology areas. Develops and implements appropriate solutions that may involve

multiple platforms, databases, software/hardware, technologies and tools. May direct project staff in the development and implementation of technology solutions in support of business requirements


What You’ll Do:

Develop new application and take ownership for DMG Pro product in AWS Cloud Platform.
Troubleshoot customer reported issues with the product stack
Understand, troubleshoot, and analyze issue resolution
Have built or passionate about building utility/tools
Improvement of repeated tasks
Own the documentation of issues + collaborate across teams
Create and review pull-requests for updates and fixes for product and data
Assist in deployment and validation of those fixes
Continuously communicate troubleshooting and resolution efforts to internal and external customers
Create, review, edit and manage troubleshooting and problem solution information in the product stack and data subsystems
Participate in product development programs to ensure continual quality improvements in current and future products
Support beta and pre-release field evaluations of new products or product enhancements
Provide input to engineering on serviceability of new products
Work independently in an environment without requiring immediate supervision
Participate in rotating on-call schedule to provide 7x24 support for customers worldwide
Demonstrates self-initiative and self-direction in learning activities and professional development


What You Need:

3-5 years’ experience with .NET – C# or F# | Required.
3-5 years’ experience with MS SQL
Strong communication skills, cross functional collaboration
Development Experience – Quality code, exception handling, unit/integration testing, performance testing
Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub issues, etc.
Knowledge of support systems such as ZenDesk, Freshdesk, etc.

Preferred - AWS Working Knowledge
