As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our footprint in the high-tech industry, and we are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented New Logo Account Executive to drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing new high-tech accounts.


Position Overview:

As a New Logo Account Executive – High-Tech, your primary responsibility will be to hunt for new logos and drive revenue growth by acquiring high-tech clients. You will leverage your strong network within the high-tech sector to identify new opportunities and deliver Solvd’s Generative AI and digital transformation solutions to help clients solve their most pressing challenges. You will be responsible for closing deals of all sizes, proactively managing the entire sales cycle, and navigating Solvd’s high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • New Logo Hunting & Business Development:
  • Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos in the high-tech industry.
  • Leverage your existing network of high-tech industry contacts to generate leads, uncover new opportunities, and expand Solvd’s client base.
  • Develop targeted strategies for penetrating new accounts, focusing on showcasing Solvd’s Generative AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, and software development capabilities to solve high-tech client challenges.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management:
  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and transitioning clients to the delivery team.
  • Manage and close deals of all sizes—from smaller engagements to large, complex enterprise agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and delivery experts, to develop compelling proposals and ensure a seamless handoff once the deal is closed.

  • Proactive & Solutions-Driven Selling:
  • Be highly proactive in engaging prospects, uncovering their pain points, and demonstrating how Solvd’s solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Utilize strong solution selling skills to position Generative AI, cloud services, and other technology offerings in a way that aligns with client goals and industry trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, guiding them through the decision-making process with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.

  • High-Tech Industry Expertise & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within high-tech companies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies to ensure Solvd is positioned as a forward-thinking, innovative partner.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the high-tech sector to customize solutions that drive business outcomes and create long-term value for clients.

  • Adaptability & Navigation in High-Growth Environments:
  • Thrive in a high-growth environment, adapting quickly to changes in the company’s structure, strategy, and service offerings.
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where agility and the ability to pivot are essential for success.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of Solvd’s sales strategy as the company scales, offering insights and best practices based on your experience in high-growth environments.

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed pipeline of new logo opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear documentation of the sales process.
  • Use CRM tools to track progress, report on key metrics, and forecast revenue from new business development activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by maintaining a proactive and results-driven approach.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT consulting, technology solutions, or digital transformation, with a focus on the high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing deals of all sizes in the high-tech space.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the high-tech industry, with a history of leveraging relationships to generate new business.
  • Expertise in solution selling, with experience positioning services such as Generative AI, cloud solutions, DevOps, software development, and data engineering.
  • Ability to be proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented, with a strong focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, with experience adapting to rapid changes and driving success in dynamic organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and process-driven approach, with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and utilizing CRM tools.
