ABOUT SONARSonar is a mission-driven startup founded out of Stanford that is making mental health support more preventative and accessible for students. We use a mixture of peer counselors and AI to provide 24/7 mental health support via text message. We also help identify challenges earlier using social media activity. Our goal is to make sure no student goes unsupported and to relieve stress on overworked school staff.We support thousands of K-12 students across the United States and are backed by leading institutions such as Stanford University, Alpine Social Ventures, and more.ROLE OVERVIEWWHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON• Making introductions to school districts• Sharing insights with our executive team to drive product & sales improvementsWHAT YOU’LL NEED• 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, in a district leadership role• Passion for improving the mental health of young people• Ability to work autonomouslyWHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE• Deep school district / administrator rolodexCOMPENSATION & OTHER• Commission / success based comp• Part-time role (may evolve to full-time); can set your own hours
