Job Description

Total Experience: 2yr to 6yr
Location: Chennai
Mode of work: Hybrid ( 3 days office in a week)
Shift: UK Shift

 

Required Skills:

  • Java & Application Support: Basic understanding of Java (Core Java, Spring), with experience in supporting Java-based web and mobile applications.
  • Incident Management: Hands-on experience managing incidents, handling support tickets, and resolving issues according to SLA timelines.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues in production environments.
  • Monitoring & Tools: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, New Relic) and log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack).
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, or similar) for troubleshooting application-related issues.
  • Version Control: Basic experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with teams.
