Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Systems Analyst I, II or III for our Platforms Department.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Tier II and III System Support: Lead the analysis associated with answering detailed questions on how the system operates and what needs to happen to complete business transactions. You also work with Organizational Change Specialists in the organization for the user community to understand the nature of the changes coming to business processes.
• Business and Systems Requirements Analysis: You leverage your deep understanding to collaborate with interested parties to gather and document business and technical requirements related bugs and/or new feature requests. Utilizing tools like AzureDevOps, Jira, Trello, Miro you capture user stories, including success criteria and intricate business logic. Analyze these requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Conduct gap analysis to determine system enhancements or modifications needed to improve performance, functionality, or user experience.
• System Configuration and Support: Configure and maintain systems based on business needs and technical requirements. Ensure that the system is properly integrated with other applications and interfaces, such as but not limited to (enterprise service buses, data integration layers, payment processing gateways, ERPs, and other related platforms). Provide technical support for systems, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and working with technical teams to implement solutions and system improvements. Assist in performing routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and backups. Support the implementation of minor system changes and configuration updates under the supervision of senior staff. Contribute to system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate records of system configurations and changes. Assist in monitoring the performance of IT systems, servers, and applications to ensure they are operating efficiently. This includes responding to alerts and analyzing system logs for early detection of issues. Provide first-level support for resolving system-related issues, helping to diagnose problems, and escalating more complex issues to senior analysts or engineers.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and ensure thorough testing of system enhancements, updates, and new modules. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with interested parties to ensure the system meets their expectations before deployment. Monitor system performance post-deployment and assist in ongoing system maintenance, ensuring its stability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Experience with CRM Platforms: Depending on proficiency level, increasingly deep experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms. Familiarity with system configuration, customization, and basic administration is critical for effectively analyzing and supporting CRM functionalities. Knowledge of CRM workflows, data management, and reporting tools to assist in system configuration and enhancements.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that improve CRM effectiveness. Ability to think critically and solve problems related to system functionality and user experience. Familiarity with data modeling, database management, and basic SQL skills for querying and analyzing CRM data can be beneficial.
• User Experience: Depending on proficiency level, an increasingly deep understanding of user experience / user interface considerations in delivery of CRM solutions.
