As the Director of Integrated Campaigns, you will be responsible for owning and executing SoSafe's content and campaign strategy. This includes developing high-impact content, overseeing campaign planning, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness in the competitive cybersecurity landscape. You will lead content creation across various channels, while also driving end-to-end ownership of integrated campaigns that fuel business growth. Your role is essential in ensuring that SoSafe's messaging is consistent, persuasive, and impactful across all touchpoints, from lead acquisition to customer retention. This role can be based remotely from Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland or the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports SoSafe’s business objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, customer retention, and product education.
Own the content calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality content creation across channels including blog posts, email, social media, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, and more.
Work closely with Product and Sales teams to create content that aligns with new product launches, feature updates, and customer success stories.
Campaign Ownership:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, paid media, SEO, etc.), with a focus on both demand generation and customer engagement.
Oversee cross-functional campaign initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, design, and sales to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaign messaging, visuals, and assets, ensuring they are culturally appropriate, legally compliant, and optimized for local preferences and behaviors.
Own the creation of region-specific content, ensuring that the messaging aligns with local cybersecurity challenges, regulations, and market needs.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, reporting on results and making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Develop targeted messaging and creative assets for campaigns to ensure they resonate with different customer segments at each stage of the buyer journey.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of content managers, copywriters, campaign managers, ensuring high standards of campaign and content quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and regional teams to ensure alignment on global and regional campaign objectives, messaging, and customer needs.
Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning:
Position SoSafe as a thought leader in the cybersecurity awareness space by creating insightful content that educates and informs the market.
Drive initiatives like guest blogging, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships to expand SoSafe’s visibility and reputation in the cybersecurity space.
Curate and create educational resources (e.g., research reports, blogs, webinars) that provide value to prospects and customers and demonstrate SoSafe's expertise.
Performance & Analytics:
Measure and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Report on key metrics like traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion, and continuously refine campaign and content strategies based on data insights.
Customer-Centric Content:
Develop content that speaks to both potential customers and existing users, addressing their pain points and helping them understand how SoSafe’s platform can mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Work closely with Customer Success teams to create content that educates customers, fosters product adoption, and drives user engagement and retention.
Create nurturing content to move prospects and customers faster down the funnel and customer retention and expansion.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years in content marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role. Experience in the B2B SaaS space, particularly in cybersecurity, is a plus.
Content Expertise:
Proven track record in creating content that drives business results, including content for blogs, websites, social media, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing best practices, and performance metrics.
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading and growing a content and/or a campaign team, as well as working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using content performance tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and data to make informed decisions about campaign strategy and ROI.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive content for a variety of audiences.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
