Our team is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Mid-Market sector (1,000–5,000 employees) across Czech Republic . This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from the Cologne office and from home, while collaborating closely with our international team.
If you aspire to become an Account Executive, a clear career path awaits you, with the transition typically achievable in 9 to 15 months, based on your performance. We’ll equip you with the tools, guidance, and mentoring needed to help you succeed.
Your Mission:
Initiating contact with decision-makers at the C-level and in IT security within the Corporate (mid-market) segment
Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers and at events
Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals
Generating valuable sales opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team
Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential customers for further follow-up
Your Profile:
Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
Coachability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
Excellent communication and confidence in customer interactions
The aptitude to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure
A growth mindset with the persistence to overcome obstacles and progress in your career
A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
Fluency in Czech and English
