Our SEMEA team is seeking a Mid Market Sales Development Representative to drive our growth across Spain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from a Co-working office in Madrid and partly from home.
If you aspire to become an Account Executive, a clear career path awaits you, with the transition typically achievable in 9 to 15 months. Your progression will depend entirely on your efforts and achievements. We’ll equip you with all the tools, guidance, and mentoring needed to achieve your development goals.
Your Mission:
Initiating contact with decision-makers at the C-level and in IT security
Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers and at events
Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals
Generating valuable sales opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team
Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential customers for further follow-up
Your profile:
At least 6 months of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role, preferably in a B2B tech environment
Excellent communication techniques and confidence in customer conversations
The aptitude to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure
A growth mindset and determination to tackle challenges and advance in your career
A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
Fluency in Spanish as well as English
