Sourcing Analyst

The role of Sourcing Analyst is instrumental in the growth of our Sourcing and Product Development teams. You will work closely with our Sourcing and PD managers to source, evaluate, communicate and quote on new and existing product development projects.

You will also work with our Logistics team to generate landed costing files as part of the RFQ process.

What you'll do as a Sourcing Analyst

• Conduct product sourcing
• Establish effective vendor communication, evaluation and management
• RFQ and costing file evaluation
• Dashboard tracking and data management
• On time RFQ delivery
• Coordinate with the Logistics team with costing files
• Responsible for taking ownership of sourcing and product development activities and delivering on time to meet target KPI's

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Self-starter mindset
• Strong problem solving skills
• Motivated by KPI targets

These help, but aren't dealbreakers:

• 1+ year experience in product sourcing. (CPG)
• 1+ years experience in China based sourcing.
• Basic understanding of US compliance requirements
• Basic Chinese communication
