Manage implementation of eRFQ for Vallourec North America

• Support development and management of project timeline (schedule and tasks)
• Define criteria for which RFQ will be used
• Prepare policy for RFQ utilizing defined criteria
• Work with Category Buyers across NA to identify RFQ template and reporting
• Prepare communication to stakeholders and suppliers
• Develop training tutorials to be implemented into LMS (Learning Management System)
• Train Category Buyers and Stakeholders
• Work with third party supplier and Vallourec IT department to implement the tool

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business/Administration, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with leading projects (academic or professional)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
