Enterprise Account Manager - Middle East & Africa Resellers

SpaceX is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage enterprise accounts and ensure outstanding customer service for the Starlink project, focusing on rapidly driving revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success and experience in managing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers

  • Retain and grow the value of accounts
  • Identify and communicate risks to realize forecasted revenue
  • Lead implementation of new processes to accelerate growth

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business OR high school diploma with 6+ years of experience
