Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence development
Retain and grow the value of accounts
Identify and communicate risks to realize forecasted revenue
Lead implementation of new processes to accelerate growth
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business OR high school diploma with 6+ years of experience
