Global Human Resources Business Partner - job 3 of 3

SpaceX is seeking a Global Human Resources Business Partner to execute people strategies, provide HR support for a global client group, and ensure the SpaceX mission is realized. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders, implementing HR policies, and maintaining relationships with PEOs.

Skills

Proficiency in global labor and employment laws
Experience with PEOs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize work
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRIS and other HR platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Serve as HR Business Partner for global client group across fifteen countries
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters
Collaborate with HR experts to optimize programs for global needs
Establish best practices and implement global HR policies
Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Act as primary HRBP point of contact for PEO contractors
Ensure strict confidentiality in all HR matters

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
