SpaceX is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with talented professionals, execute people strategies, and ensure the SpaceX mission is achieved.

Responsibilities

Overall HR support for multiple groups or areas at multiple SpaceX locations
Develop strategies that support HR goals within assigned client group
Act as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders
Provide guidance and feedback on HR policies and regulations
Manage succession planning and implement key HR recommendations

Education
