Salary: $5,341.00 - $7,184.00 Monthly.

The Opportunity:
This position is part of a centralized HRMS Unit focusing on reporting, auditing data entry, training and leading HRMS staff. As a Senior Human Resource Management System Processor (HRC3) within DCYF, you will be responsible for independently evaluating, researching, responding to, and resolving complex technical HRMS-related issues. Under the general direction of the HR Programs Administrator, this position collaborates with all HR Operations to promote a culture that fosters and inspires excellence.
Some of what you will get to do:
• Compile and provide HR-related, standard reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and revise the agency’s organizational structure in HRMS by maintaining agency-wide consistency in reallocations, establishments, and updates.
• Research and resolve problems/issues within the Organizational structure.
• Provide senior-level consultation to HR Operations regarding personnel, position and organizational actions.
• At times, assist in keying personnel actions pertaining to new hires, rehires, appointment changes, separations, change of status, addresses, monitoring of tasks, date specs, and other related fields, into HRMS.
• Provide one-on-one training and guidance regarding keying of HRMS-related actions to HRMS Team.
• Audit HRMS Team personnel, position and organizational entries while providing feedback and training.
• Independently evaluates, responds to, and resolves complex HR organizational, personnel, and payroll processing issues having broad potential implications.
Required Qualifications:
• Two years of professional human resource experience that includes one year of Human Resource Information System processing AND four (4) additional years of professional-level office experience and/or professional Human Resource experience.
OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, human resources, or related field from an accredited college or university AND two (2) years of professional human resource experience that includes one year of Human Resource Information System processing.
Desired Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of HR-related WACs, RCWs, Federal laws, agency policies and procedures, and CBAs.
• Six months or more experience using NeoGov and HRMS.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, S/PHR, or other professional HR certification.
• Lead/supervisory experience.
