Responsibilities

Support operators on vehicle, payload, and spacecraft processing.
Develop, implement and validate lean test and validation processes.
Support continuous improvement of lean, autonomous vehicle operation systems.
Identify high-risk operations and implement improvements.
Investigate automation failures and root causes.
Establish training standards for new operators.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (e.g. physics, mathematics)
