Supervisor, SMT (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

SpaceX is looking for a Supervisor for its SMT Production within the Starlink program. The ideal candidate will lead and manage technicians while ensuring high-quality production of PCB and PCBA processes.

Technical documentation interpretation

Responsibilities

Coordinate production technicians’ schedules
Lead and mentor Starlink technicians
Support transition from engineering development to production
Collaborate with leadership on production priorities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Perform hands-on assembly of satellite components when required

Education

High school degree or equivalency certificate
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
