Senior 3D Character Artist (Stylized Project)

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to an exciting, stylized AAA first-person shooter project, known worldwide, where you will be creating highly detailed characters. This role requires strong communication with the client, a proactive approach, and the ability to offer creative ideas and solutions.   • 5+ years experience in modeling, sculpting and texturing stylized characters using 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush or Mudbox, Marvelous and Photoshop (or equivalent packages), Quixel or Substance painter
  • Fluent in English (effective communication skills)
  • Be familiar with Game Engine Technologies
  • Excellent understanding of form, shape, structure and silhouette in regard to modeling
  • Experience with managing polygon count and texture budgets
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and create both high polygonal sculpts and real-time game assets matching (or exceeding) project and studio standards
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure timely completion of game assets
  • Obtain client’s guidance and approval as required to advance tasks
  • Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house tools
  • Contribute to the team-oriented environment
