Join our innovative team as a Digital User Experience Improvement (UX) specialist! In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to evaluate and enhance the digital user experience across various platforms and products, ensuring we're putting users first in everything we do. You'll conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, pinpointing pain points and driving impactful design decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams like designers, developers, and product managers, you'll implement user-centered design solutions that truly resonate with our audience. Visualization will be key, as you create user journey maps, personas, and wireframes to illustrate user interactions. Staying ahead of industry trends is vital; you'll facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions, bringing stakeholders together to devise innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll participate in iterative design processes, leveraging A/B testing to validate enhancements. We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design or research. Your expertise in UX research methodologies and strong proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD will set you apart. Excellent communication skills will be necessary to advocate for user needs, while an analytical mindset will allow you to interpret data effectively.
