Being part of Sportradar‘s Audiovisual (AV) tribe – the product organization that delivers video & streaming within Sportradar - your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory. 

As Product Manager – Content Management you are responsible for driving Sportradar’s Content and Broadcast Management System (AVCMP), one of AV’s core components. You work on roadmaps in an Agile environment, align the needs of Sportradar’s product and engineering teams and are actively contribute to plans regarding new product requirements, features and services for stakeholders of the CMP platform.  Additionally, you will work closely together with other AV teams and products to make sure dependencies are considered, deployments are seamless, and functionality related to other AV stakeholders is ensured. 

This role includes being part of a multinational team of developers and product managers alike, spread across several locations in Europe.  

THE CHALLENGE: 

  • Working on end-to-end product delivery from requirement analysis to developing features and functionalities which delight our clients and internal stakeholders and align closely with technical leads.
  • Foster internal alignment and relationships with other key products and units within AV in Sportradar, such as: the Video Technology Team (VTD); Analytics and Reporting (AVA); Live Channel Internal (LCI); AV OTT and AV Operations
  • Having an eye on operational efficiency, you are driving the development and implementation of KPIs that lead to the improvement of internal and external processes within AV. 
  • Close collaboration with the development teams and the product owners is one of the most important aspects – especially for communication and backlog topics.
  • Creation and maintenance of product-related topics, you define and optimize internal and external workflows to successfully launch and maintain our product.

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Strong operation and project management skills in an agile environment with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously  
  • A clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as having a strong bias for action 
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences 
  • You like working in a dynamic environment in a global role, together with highly motivated and result-oriented people all around the world 
  • Strong project management skills and good technical understanding and thus can support different stakeholders with guidance 
  • Experience and understanding of OTT and broadcast-related workflows are beneficial 
  • English language skills are mandatory, any other language is considered a plus.
