Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, Debt Services, your objectives and respoonsibilities will be to:

  • Contribute as a business solution owner for applications within Debt Services operating models and provide support as required across each product – namely Loan Administration, CLO Administration, Loan Closing and Loan Servicing
  • Undertake to deeply understand the platforms used by Debt Services as well integrations to third party systems
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups to generate and document business requirements for the purposes of system enhancements and/or implementation of new processes. 
  • Define and implement business solutions through analysis of current state, requirements and gaps.
  • Assist in the development of processes and standards that will be applied to the Global support team or other functions that leverage Private Debt Services applications or tools.
  • Assist in system testing together with the creation and maintenance of supporting product documentation
  • Represent the Debt Services product team on internal calls with stakeholders from time to time ensuring alignment across teams is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in gathering requirements.
  • Experience working in Loan Administration or related Alternative Investments products.
  • Experience working with Private Debt systems such as Sentry PM, Loan IQ, Geneva or Investran is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrates expertise in extracting business requirements using standard methodologies, and procedures.
  • Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests.
  • Capable of modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as process models, use cases, procedural guides and scenarios.
  • Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Word.
