Mid-Market Account Executive

Sprig is looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales processes with prospective and existing customers, focusing on product effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Skills

4+ years of SaaS AE selling experience
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
Strong quota achievement history
Ability to generate pipeline independently
Adaptability and desire for continuous improvement
Effective written and verbal communication
Experience with methodologies like MEDDPICC or MEDDICC

Responsibilities

Generate outbound pipeline by reaching out to CPO's and Product teams
Manage sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDPICC and MEDDICC
Own and nurture relationships with mid-market accounts
Plan territories and accounts for effective outbound efforts
Identify expansion opportunities for existing customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BDRs, Marketing, and CSMs
