Mid-Market Account Executive

Sprig is looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales processes with prospective and existing customers, focusing on product effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Skills

  • 4+ years of SaaS AE selling experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
  • Strong quota achievement history
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently
  • Adaptability and desire for continuous improvement
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Experience with methodologies like MEDDPICC or MEDDICC

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound pipeline by reaching out to CPO's and Product teams
  • Manage sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDPICC and MEDDICC
  • Own and nurture relationships with mid-market accounts
  • Plan territories and accounts for effective outbound efforts
  • Identify expansion opportunities for existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BDRs, Marketing, and CSMs
