Spring Health is seeking a Caseload Optimization & Process Improvement Analyst to drive analytics, process improvement initiatives, and provider optimization strategies within the mental healthcare industry.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze provider schedules and patient bookings to optimize caseloads
  • Ensure appropriate matching of patients with mental healthcare services
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
