Spring Health is seeking a dynamic Director of DEI & Employee Experience to shape the organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead culture and employee experience evolution through engagement surveys and program design.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy throughout the organization.
  • Promote employee experience and create strategies for employee empowerment and belonging.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design and deliver training programs and resources on DEI topics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred
