Senior Manager, BDR (Hybrid)

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience as a BDR Manager, with a history of achieving 100%+ quota, showcases your capability to lead and inspire.
• Tactical Skills: Your deep understanding of multi-pronged sales strategies, proficiency in cold calling, and ability to train BDRs to be effective communicators highlight your comprehensive skill set.
• Communication Mastery: As an all-star copywriter, you know how to evoke the right emotions from our target audience, ensuring messages resonate deeply.

The target salary range for this position is $132,000-$165,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
