Director, Product Operations

Spring Health, a mental health solutions provider, is seeking an experienced growth product manager to drive conversion in their member funnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization
Identify, implement, and manage product management tools and processes
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
