Director, Product Operations

Spring Health, a mental health solutions provider, is seeking an experienced growth product manager to drive conversion in their member funnel.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization
  • Identify, implement, and manage product management tools and processes
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
