People Business Partner, Operations (Temp)

Spring Health, a mental health solution provider, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for Operations on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will support employee success, enhance business performance, and lead organizational development initiatives.

Skills

  • 5+ years of Business Partner experience
  • Competence in HR functional areas like career development and performance management
  • Experience supporting scaling organizations through hypergrowth
  • Experience with complex employee relations

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in performance management processes and provide coaching
  • Guide managers and leaders on employee relations matters
  • Analyze engagement survey data to improve culture and talent retention
  • Support People programs for Operations including compensation and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Design efforts to strengthen company culture and career pathing
  • Develop relationships with business leaders, People team experts, and employees

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
