People Business Partner, Operations (Temp)

Spring Health, a mental health solution provider, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for Operations on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will support employee success, enhance business performance, and lead organizational development initiatives.

Skills

5+ years of Business Partner experience
Competence in HR functional areas like career development and performance management
Experience supporting scaling organizations through hypergrowth
Experience with complex employee relations

Responsibilities

Support managers in performance management processes and provide coaching
Guide managers and leaders on employee relations matters
Analyze engagement survey data to improve culture and talent retention
Support People programs for Operations including compensation and diversity & inclusion initiatives
Design efforts to strengthen company culture and career pathing
Develop relationships with business leaders, People team experts, and employees

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
