Senior Machine Learning Engineer I

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Foundations team. The role involves building and enhancing models powering Spring Health’s precision mental health engine and developing the Spring AI platform.

Skills

Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with standard modeling libraries like Pytorch and Scikit-Learn
Building data pipelines for models and analytics
Deploying and managing model endpoints
GenAI workflows proficiency

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of algorithms and datasets for personalized member care
Develop data-centric product features like search and personalized recommendations
Build an AI Platform to support new data products
Create GenAI products to improve member and provider experiences
Monitor and improve deployed models

Education

Degree in a STEM, Economics, or related quantitative field
