Spring Health is seeking a VP of Growth to lead building out our audience, growing our top of the funnel pipeline, and building out a high performing team to deliver on aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities

Lead B2B growth strategy for companies seeking EAP+ solution across diversified market segments
Own strategy to engage with and deepen relationships with consultants in the health care category
Develop and drive growth strategy to acquire more Payers/Resellers into the ecosystem
Build and develop a high performing marketing team across multiple audiences
Partner with VP of Customer Success for upsell and customer renewal strategies
Lead demand generation strategy across diverse channels
Own website strategy and conversion optimization
Lead event strategy and partner with Brand and Product Marketing
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations for growth
Develop a culture of measurement and investment ethos
Align with Growth Product organization for traffic attraction and lead conversion
Be a strategic partner in Revenue Organization for sales story and segment strategy

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
