Your Mission – Your mission as a Demand Generation Specialist will be to drive awareness and interest in Sprocket Security’s Continuous Penetration Testing offering. You will do this by creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the sales team. You will be pivotal in contributing to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor paid and organic marketing campaigns including advertising, content syndication, community marketing (LinkedIn groups, CISO communities), webinars and podcasts to maximize ROI.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Collaborate with an external agency, content and web teams to optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO, ensuring increased visibility and higher rankings.
- Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing - develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and segmenting lists for optimized engagement.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and interacting with followers to foster engagement.
- Digital Innovation: Steer our digital marketing stack and recommend new innovations for lead generation and nurturing, website optimizations, sales enablement and operations
- Analytics & Reporting: Reporting on marketing's key performance indicators such as pipeline and leads generated, traffic, engagement, and conversions using tools like HubSpot, Google analytics and similar
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with creative, product, and sales teams to develop and align demand gen strategies with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s (Graduated or Current) degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Preferred:
- Interest in Cyber Security or Emerging Technology.
- Exposure to advertising campaigns on LI, Google Ads, and others.
- Entrepreneurial experience.
