Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining a variety of software projects that are critical to the operational success of our client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, from building efficient data handling systems to creating intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using a modern technology stack including Azure, Docker, Python, Django, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and jQuery.

• Implement robust, scalable applications for diverse projects including a ChatGPT Clone for company-wide AI assistance, a Survey Tool for real estate management, and various ETL pipelines for automated data processing and dashboard creation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and refine user experience, ensuring compliance with design specifications and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance testing to ensure high-quality software solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software as necessary while ensuring continuous performance optimization.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in backend development with Python, Django, and REST API principles.

• Experienced with frontend development using JavaScript, ES6, React, and jQuery.

• Solid understanding of Azure services including App Services and Docker Registry Fabric.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Competence in database management, preferably with Postgres.

• Practical experience in containerization with Docker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining large-scale software applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical challenges and solutions to a varied audience.
