Job Title: Senior Account Executive (K-12 Education Sales)

Job Overview: We are the market leader in the K-12 Communications, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and networking in the K-12 education market. This role will require a combination of hunting new business and managing existing accounts, so the ability to prioritize and balance responsibilities is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain our position as the market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain our position as the market leader in the K-12 education Communications
  • Identify and engage with new prospects and customers, while also managing and growing existing accounts
  • Create prospecting approaches and establish contact with new leads and customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects and customers on our solutions and services
  • Have strong demo skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to fast-paced growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling communication solutions into K-12 education accounts, required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to attend industry events and meet with customers
