Your Opportunity


The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in modernizing the business-critical legacy systems that are foundational to the Publisher Relations team mission and purpose. The person in this role will obtain the systems expertise required to rapidly and efficiently fix (and make ‘near-term’ improvements to) EPRS, TCS and other legacy systems; as well as optimize the capabilities of our cloud-based ‘low code’ tools (Salesforce, DocuSign, Appsheet) to help accelerate the gains and opportunities we get from these improvement efforts, and position us to rapidly reduce our sole reliance on legacy systems.


This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).


What You’ll Do


  • Maintain, support and improve (modernize) our business-critical legacy systems which require a high level of business and development experience
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based ‘low code’ tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign and AppSheet that facilitate Publisher Relations workflows
  • Document technical details to various stakeholders of different technical levels
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to internal users for existing and future workflows
  • Analyze organizational data and workflows to recommend scalable solutions for continuous improvement and solving complex challenges; model and evaluate the potential impact of changes
  • Establish Best Practices for Migration and new system creation and adoptio
  • Reduce the dependencies on legacy Microsoft Access databases that serve as business-critical tools to Publisher Relations by transitioning them to cloud-based solutions.
  • Build AI models using machine learning algorithms in DocuSign Insights to draw insights on Publisher Relations agreements which can be used to make business decisions and/or track contract compliance
  • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing legacy systems.
  • Analyzes organizational data and workflows to recommend and implement scalable solutions for continuous improvement

Your Team

You will be welcomed as a member of the Content Strategy Services team, a team of three people, as well as a member of the overall Publisher Relations team. About You


  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology
  • 7+ years of industry experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with Low-Code applications such as Salesforce, DocuSign, AppSheet, or Microsoft Power Tools suite

Identifies root causes and drives ‘prevention plan’ gets beyond treating symptoms, separates what must be done well now and what can be improved later, displays solid logic and common sense, focuses on long term prevention (goes beyond ‘short term’ fix)


Our Offer to You


Target Annual Compensation Range: $101,530 - $145,045. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
