Here at Storable, we're committed to helping our self storage operators fill their empty units by using our Marketplace product. We manage and optimize in-house paid search, social, and display campaigns designed to attract potential tenants to our Marketplace, where we connect tenants and operators. Storable is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Analyst who will help manage and grow this important channel across our consumer-facing brands (Sparefoot.com, SelfStorage.com, and Storage.com) while meeting revenue and ROAS targets.

You'll work to develop and improve paid search opportunities through strategic data analysis, testing, and campaign management using the latest platforms and technology available. You'll gain a deep understanding of our consumer funnel and revenue streams, which will help you unlock the paid channel's full potential. This role is uniquely positioned to directly impact Storable's bottom line, and we're excited you're considering joining our team.

What you will do every day:

  • Inform our strategic roadmap to build towards continued channel optimization and account growth
  • Optimize PPC campaigns based on Google and Microsoft best practices. Conduct keyword and audience research, create and edit ad creative/copy, and optimize budgets/bids towards meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and margin targets
  • Own and report on the KPIs that matter: CPCs, CPLs, conversion rates, revenue, etc. with a strong understanding of the inputs and outputs
  • Ruthlessly challenge the status quo to continually improve and enhance our program
  • Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to continuously improve the on-site experience and maximize conversion rates
  • Conduct routine analysis to deeply understand campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities
  • Create opportunities through staying current with new channels, software, and industry best practices

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience managing paid search, social and/or display campaigns
  • Experience in an e-commerce or marketplace vertical
  • Comfort around complex data modeling and forecasting
  • Hands on experience working in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Deep familiarity with basic funnel reporting (impression, click, conversion, etc.) along with basic understanding of profitability modeling
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Experience with web analytical tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A detail oriented mentality who knows that the little things are what make or break campaigns
  • Accountability and ownership for your own work
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in paid search

Bonus Points

  • Experience with more than $1M/month under management
  • Experience with third party management tools like Marin, Skai (Kenshoo) or Adobe Media Optimizer
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid social and display networks
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with tag management tools such as Google or Adobe Tag Manager
  • You have massive curiosity about what's next in marketing
