Job Description:

The Sr. Professional, Customer Operations Support will be provide primary operational support and communication between our clients and the tax service operational team that supports them, through developing a strong, broad, and functional understanding of all EOG Tax Operations processes.
In addition:

Manage and maintain overall operational customer communication

Lead and direct client meetings. Assume the primary speaking role in client meetings to discuss and recap operational data, numbers, and statistics

Assist/facilitate operational projects that do not have a clear owner.
