We’re growing across the board - and we're looking for a New York-based Senior Account Director to join our distributed remote Agency Services team! The Role


Aspire is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to join our Agency Services Team. This role is responsible for providing influencer and social strategy, leadership, and support to our L’Oreal brands. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and confident in providing outstanding client service on a variety of complex accounts. This role is only open to New York City-based candidates.

 

What you'll be working on:


  • Report to the Group Director and help evolve the agency’s influencer and paid media offerings, as well as train and develop team members to ensure our team’s capabilities align with industry trends and standards 
  • Manage the overall quality of work on multiple accounts by demonstrating professionalism and team leadership as a day-to-day client contact; assist in successfully growing existing accounts in meaningful areas
  • Take a lead in new business opportunities by partnering with our sales team on proposals, building relationships, and developing pitch concepts
  • Collaborate on or lead proposals, staffing plans and timelines for client projects and new business prospects
  • Be well versed in how an influencer program is run end-to-end, including client briefing process, influencer identification and negotiations, activation, content approvals, managing paid boosting (whitelisting), and reporting and analytics
  • Have a deep understanding and interest in social media strategy and all social channels Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Analyze key metrics and optimize strategies as needed to deliver upon client goals & KPIs
  • Understand how to determine online measurement and ROI metrics needed to evaluate campaign results against objectives; evaluate results against objectives, programs and plans
  • Manage a team of Campaign Managers

 

What we're looking for: (Job Requirements/Must have) 


  • 8+ years of experience that includes influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and/or social media marketing, ideally in the beauty space
  • Leading and developing other team members as a direct manager. Agency experience and work with enterprise clients is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience managing team members across multi-dimensional accounts; experience managing quality control of team’s output
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining client interactions on a daily basis and helping the account team retain and grow the business

Our compensation philosophy: we use a market-based approach to compensation. This means we use a series of compensation tools to help us understand how companies value this role in the U.S. market based on function, level, geographic location, and positions benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise, determine final offer amounts and may vary from the amounts listed above. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards.


The salary for this role is between $140k-$200K all-in annually.
