About the Role
Lattice is expanding into new regions, industries, and product categories. For the Lattice content team, that means our editorial scope is expanding as well. That’s where you come in.
Lattice is looking for an experienced content strategist to support planning and production in alignment with that growth. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) marketing to deliver impactful articles, ebooks, interactive tools, and more to help meet our growth marketing goals. Collaborating with the rest of the content team, you’ll help scale our content marketing strategy and operation to scale for the needs of a global company.
With no shortage of new feature launches and product lines planned for 2022, you’ll own a substantial share of content marketing’s key deliverables. While you’ll occasionally be expected to roll up your sleeves as a content creator, you’ll also lean on Lattice’s network of internal thought leaders and freelance writers and editors to get the job done.
Just a few examples of the work you might deliver in this role: A content marketing plan for a new product launch, a compensation benchmarking ebook geared for HR professionals in the UK, and a whitepaper on performance reviews in the financial services industry.
