About the Role
The Sr. Director, Magnit Direct Source is responsible and accountable for the performance and strategy of the entire Direct Sourcing portfolio of active client accounts, across multiple regions.

What You Will Do
  • Manage partner performance to program level, ensure success of partners and adherence to customer policy and best practices.
  • Develop talent sourcing strategies in conjunction with internal and external partners/stakeholders and manage strategies for continual performance.
  • Direct multi-national COE sourcing activities to support growth of programs and compliance with global privacy guidance.
  • Accountable for the overall financial, operational and reputational health of Direct Sourcing segment, inclusive of meeting/exceeding client specific budget, SLA/KPI and contractual expectations
  • Leads a team of Direct Sourcing Managers and/or Directors and ensures effective client performance; aligning performance to overall product strategy, analyzing financial and productivity reporting and interaction/engagement with clients at a senior leader level.
  • Ensures Direct Reports develop client-specific program strategy roadmaps focused on expansion, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensures regular and effective governance routines are in place with portfolio customers, inclusive of client and Magnit Client Services representation.
  • Leads or participating in QBR cadences in partnership with aligned Magnit Client Services leadership.
  • Develops and delivers executive analysis weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to Magnit SLT/ELT
  • Supports new client acquisition through pre-sales and implementation activities as needed.
  • Provides regular feedback on solution and platform optimization based on team and client input to Magnit Product and Sales departments.
  • Develops and supports robust 3rd party solution provider relationships on a per-client basis to ensure overall solution success and efficiency.
What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Proven experience owning client accounts including QBR delivery, owning governance routines, driving SLA/KPI performance assurance and owning financial management.
  • 1+ year of specific Direct Sourcing solution experience, or demonstrated senior level proficiency in Direct Sourcing terminology and concepts.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and implementation activities, including presenting to senior stakeholder audiences within prospect and client bases.
  • Experience with contractual negotiations
Salary Range is $165,000 - $180,000 USD based on experience and location.
