Vyond is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist with a deep understanding of the operational practices, goals, and measuring success of B2B Demand Generation funnel. An ideal candidate should deliver stakeholder value with forward leaning tactics and informing decisions with profound data driven insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the marketing analytics roadmap and make recommendations on projects for quarterly focus.

• Weekly production reporting and understanding overall performance vs. target
• Own maintenance and creation of marketing Qlik dashboards (experience with Qlik preferred)
• Leverage reporting to make marketing decision recommendations (target market, campaign types, etc.)
• Provide the marketing team recommendations to hit quarterly targets if under performing
• Drive marketing ROI by pro-actively surfacing insights from Dashboards & Research initiatives
• Use reporting to make systems and process improvement recommendations (start tracking X, etc.)
• Own EOQ and EOY reporting and performance summary
• Assist with quarterly and annual planning by helping set achievable targets
• Support requests for ad hoc reporting assistance, and miscellaneous research

• Maintain a weekly cadence of reporting Marketing Metrics to the leadership team.

Requirements, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years in product or marketing analytics or a similar quantitative role
• 3+ years of experience in technology marketing, preferably for a SaaS organization.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Qlik, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
• Proactive and strategic skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in startups or high-growth companies required.
