About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager - Americas to help us execute Americas demand gen programs that result in high quality pipeline. This role requires a combination of strategic and executional skills and passion for working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to achieve objectives. Project management, an ownership mindset with clear communication and writing skills will be essential.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Americas Marketing. The candidate has a passion for delivering programs that drive sales results as well as project management skills not limited to stakeholder management and date-driven feedback cycles and production.

What you will do

    • Manage our integrated demand generation campaign strategy through collaboration with matrixed teams including business development, product marketing, digital, demand, content, creative, and field marketing teams
    • Adopt/adapt programs provided by corporate marketing
    • Execute program strategy and integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including website, events, and digital marketing to drive qualified pipeline
    • Project manage sponsored events and engage the events teams where appropriate for the purposes of maintaining and growing existing client relationships as well as generating new interests (upsell/cross-sell)
    • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars and processes
    • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize performance of demand gen programs in partnership with the marketing analytics and ops team
    • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up
    • Collaborate with members of the content marketing, product marketing, enablement, and sales teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign goal
    • Provide Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with scripting and training on key campaign initiatives; drive program execution with SDRs & Account Executives (AEs)
    • Optimize messaging and strategies to amplify the Matterport value proposition across all channels

Who you are:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
    • 8+ years of overall experience in an area of demand generation or a campaigns function preferred
    • Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
    • Proven track record of working at the tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
    • Outstanding team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration
    • Strong ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams
    • Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and able to track projects from briefing to launch
    • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
    • Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects
    • Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of differing advertiser/sales needs across North America
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

      The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$186,700 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
