Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

Celigo is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, Strategic Alliances to lead the Partner Marketing initiatives with Celigo's top ISV partners globally: NetSuite, Microsoft, Acumatica, and SAP. You will play a vital role in accelerating Celigo's pipeline and revenue stream with and through our extensive network of technology and channel partners. You will be an engaged team player with excellent cross-functional skills and practical experience executing successful marketing strategies that will help our reputation and growth through our Strategic Alliance partnerships.

You will cultivate, maintain, and build relationships with our Strategic Alliance partners focusing on joint value props and messing, go-to-market strategies, and program execution.. You are passionate about your field, a creative thinker, data-driven, and well-versed in marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with stakeholders throughout each strategic alliance partner organization to increase buy-in, investment, and to ensure that Celigo is positioned as the leading iPaaS solution.
  • Be the voice of the joint value proposition and positioning for each Strategic Alliance with the Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration.
  • Create and execute Celigo's Strategic Alliance partner marketing strategy.
  • Develop shared marketing plans and execute end-to-end co-marketing programs to acquire new customers and generate a partner-influenced pipeline across channel efforts.
  • Provide a comprehensive status report of joint marketing campaigns at a global and regional level against agreed-upon targets and KPIs. Reporting should provide feedback on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual partner growth.
  • Monitor and oversee all Strategic Alliance events globally.
  • Work with internal and partner Sales, Channel, Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing teams to meet joint business objectives and marketing deliverables for go-to-market campaigns and initiatives

Who are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, or Product Marketing in the technology industry
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and implementing partner marketing programs to meet company and departmental goals and pipeline targets
  • Great Collaborator - To be successful, this person will need to be able to collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, alliances, sales, and partner success
  • Highly Organized — Strong project management and interpersonal skills for leading multiple work streams and fostering cross-functional teamwork, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve when needed
  • Results Driven — Rigorously holds oneself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and team performance, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get results
  • Excellent Communicator — Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, external vendors, and all levels of management within the organization
  • Technical Competence — Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and compelling language
  • Eager to Learn and Grow — Possess a high level of personal drive, passion, energy, and strong desire to solve problems and succeed in a growth-stage company

Pay Scale Information

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 - $140,000 per year and for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
