What You Get to Do
This is a unique role that involves leading the product platform team - the glue that binds all of Lattice’s products together. This is a new cross-cutting team in which you will have the opportunity to build and shape to best fit our internal and external user needs. In this role, you'll own the platform-wide primitives that create a common and unified experience across our breadth of products- such as our navigation, design system, and notification patterns. You'll work cross-functionally working closely with all of our product verticals and their product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that users have a cohesive platform experience. You will also work closely with your engineering and design counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature and design enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is located Remotely and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products.
Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
Support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
Partner with our design system team to ensure optimal user experience on core features across the site. Some of the features within the platform team include: navigation and search, notifications, landing and admin pages, groups, celebrations, our mobile application, localization, and more
Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch
Who You Are
3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
Experience with managing product platforms or multiple product verticals at the same time
Experience managing 3+ projects/epics at the same time, leading engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver on-time features that hit success metrics
Experience working on technical projects that enable other teams
Self-directing with strong prioritization and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
High attention to detail
A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
