Sr. Project Manager of Market Optimization

• Work with teams across the organization to analyze existing business processes and gaps, evaluate root causes and target opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, understand challenges, gaps and opportunities and lead critical projects with cross-functional scope
• Understand the patient experience and identify ways to optimize the experience for products and services
• Use Lean and Six Sigma to create best in class processes and practices
• Lead value chain mapping wherever needed
• Utilize evaluation and measurement tools to ensure that projects meet goals and are sustainable
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
• Capable of understanding the interactions between the different systems and business functions.
• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to supervisor and sponsor.
• Provide accurate, understandable, and useful metrics/reporting on performance and progress.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of process improvement and project management experience.
• Strong technology expertise, problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and advanced analytical skills.
• Excel in self-directing and self-pacing.
• Exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct workflow and process mapping analysis.

• Experience quantifying, measuring and articulating patient and team member experience
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
