Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high impact and complex change initiatives by developing and delivering end to end customized change management plans (communications, training, coaching, reinforcement, etc.)
  • Identifies and develops change risk mitigation strategies
  • Conducts change management intake consultations with internal customers
  • Conduct and analyze variety of assessments including change impact, stakeholder analysis, change readiness. Conducts focus groups and stakeholder engagements
  • Design, implement and manage change management networks to increase effectiveness and reinforce change efforts
  • Develop change management collateral (personas, job aids, FAQs, instructional guides, leader talking points, etc.,) and facilitate learning sessions to meet desired change adoption outcomes
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal customers and CMO
  • Generate, guide, and support sponsors in their responsibilities to authorize and demonstrate ownership of change initiatives.
  • Provide direction for assigned initiatives for supporting junior personnel
  • Write or partner with internal communications staff to develop professional and engaging communications to convey highly complex or technical information to a broad audience (technical and non-technical audiences)
  • Develop presentations for large meetings/town halls, internal stakeholder updates, external speaking engagements, etc.
  • Develop success metrics, measurement approach, and reports on the pace, and effectiveness of change efforts
  • Incorporate agile ways of working to drive transformation and change
Qualifications:
  • Highly skilled change management professional with extensive knowledge of change management tools, assessments and processes
  • Change Management certification ACMP/PROSCI training/certification preferred
  • 6 years of Organizational Change Management Experience
  • HR Talent Management Systems implementation experience a plus
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Project management experienced
  • Experience and willingness to handle multiple requests in a high paced environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate, influence and express expectations among a wide range of individuals
  • Proficient with standard business software tools: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SmartSheet
  • Ability to work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
  • Full-time hours are required, and ability to flex to meet global business hours, with additional hours as necessary
