Senior Business Analyst with Service Design Expertise

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive the integration of service design concepts into the business requirements phase of our projects. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of business analysis with expertise in service design to ensure the delivery of user-centric solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define epics and user stories, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence, and contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate outcomes.

Description

Business Analysis Leadership:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and alignment. And get customer signature for requirements.        

Service Design Implementation:

  • Apply service design principles to enhance user-centricity in solutions.
  • Conduct user research and map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Develop service blueprints to document current and future states of processes.    

Agile Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize development work.
  • Support the development team by clarifying requirements and addressing queries.    

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  • Lead UAT efforts by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to execute UAT and document findings.
  • Validate that delivered solutions align with business objectives and user needs.    

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Facilitate workshops to align business goals with user requirements.
  • Present findings and project updates to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts in business analysis and service design practices.

 

  • IT Bachelor
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to service design.
  • Proficiency in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (business doc will be in Arabic).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies.
  • Experience in large-scale service design or digital transformation projects.
