HRIS Analyst III

Job Title: HRIS Analyst IIILocation: Hybrid – Onsite in Princeton, NJ for 3 days per weekJob Responsibilities• Offer support and guidance for business end-user inquiries related to Workday operations• Handle simple to complex configuration of Workday modules• Ensure overall data integrity, including generic data QC and validation of business requests• Maintain and update transactional records• Provide daily reporting/status updates• Collaborate with Program Leads and cross-functional teams on user challenges, process enhancements, etc.Skills Required• 5 to 10 years of experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting• Workday HCM Certification is a plus• Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a plus• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information• Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality conscious• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel• Strong communication skills and the ability to write system-related documentation and job aidsAbout SSi PeopleWith over 25 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
