This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client’s strategic initiatives by conducting comprehensive market research, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and delivering crucial insights to guide business decisions.Key Responsibilities• Identifying and employing the most suitable market research tools and methodologies to address critical business inquiries and steer business decisions.• Drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for market research projects, evaluating agency proposals, and selecting the most competent agency for the project.• Overseeing and implementing the market research project with the selected agency, encompassing aspects such as material utilization, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.• Monitoring agency performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and achievement of desired outcomes.• Providing additional support for project management and market research activities as required.• Engaging in team discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Required Skills And Competencies• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams and cater to diverse stakeholder needs.• Quick adaptability and strong relationship-building skills.• Comfort in navigating a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.• Proficiency in applying customer and market insights to inform decision-making processes.• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative primary market research tools and techniques.• Robust critical thinking, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.Educational Qualifications And Experience• A minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and conducting primary market research in a marketing sciences/business analysis/business operations role, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or consumer packaged goods industry.• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory an advanced degree is highly desirable.About SSi PeopleWith over 25 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
