Customer Care & Operations Associate

Join our stealth mode consumer-facing team and be one of our first Customer Care & Operations hires. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for all consumer inquiries, becoming a product expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining detailed customer interaction records.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and trouble-shooting skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via email and social media
  • Become a go-to resource for expertise in Stackline’s tools and technology
  • Work cross-functionally to find solutions for client issues
  • Maintain detailed records for internal and external customer interactions
  • Consistently demonstrate Stackline’s values in all elements of the role

Education

  • BA/BS degree
