The Ro Cyber Team is dedicated to the security, privacy and IT enablement of our patients by enabling innovation of a patient-centric, scalable, and secure-by-design platform. We do this by enabling the technical ambitions of the company and by aligning security goals with business objectives. We are laser focused on maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy for our patients and partners. We serve our patients by evolving with the cybersecurity landscape so they can achieve their healthcare goals.
Reporting directly to the CIO/CISO, the Staff Technical Project Manager will directly influence strategic initiatives at Ro by supporting and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. These include the teams within Ro Cyber and our critical partners across the product, engineering, finance, data, and legal organizations. This role has a unique perspective on strategic business objectives across the company and uses that to inform and advise leadership within Ro Cyber. Key focus areas for success in this role are identifying gaps in alignment between security efforts and business objectives, unblocking teams and stakeholders, and communicating Ro Cyber team efforts both internally and externally.
This role will also assist in the development and implementation of business processes, budgets and efficiency analytics within the Ro Cyber organization.
The target base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $176,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
