NOC Engineer - Spanish Bilingual

Job Description

Receive calls from Hotel and MDU Staff. 

    • Knowledge of DHCP, NAT, and firewall policies.
    • Familiarity with ISP provisioning, routing, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
    • Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 Troubleshooting

Technical Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise networking, ISP, or large-scale MDU or hospitality infrastructure support.
  • Hands-on experience with Ruckus ICX, Ruckus SmartZone, Aruba CX/Instant On, and Aruba Central.
  • Hospitality network experience (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) in Wi-Fi configuration, captive portal troubleshooting, and DPSK (Dynamic Pre-Shared Key) experience .
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
  • Experience with fiber optics (SFPs, media converters, OTDR testing understanding what the graphs mean, and attenuation analysis).
  • Ability to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new issues.
  • Certifications such as Ruckus Certified Networking Associate (RCNA), Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA), CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
