Staffmark has an exciting new direct-hire opportunity and is seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist for a local logistics company in Erlanger, KY. If you’re detail-oriented and experienced in warehouse operations, this is your chance to join a dedicated team!Pay: $19 - $20/hrShift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.Responsibilities:• Enter and manage customer orders and cargo in the system.• Coordinate shipment preparations and packing with warehouse staff.• Organize load plans, label pallets, and track inventory.• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and audit for accuracy.• Track shipments, book carriers, and handle vendor invoices.• Create monthly invoices, reconcile inventory, and maintain accurate coding.• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and report issues to management.• Seek process improvements, handle special projects, and uphold company policies.Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.• Experience with office equipment and a forklift is preferred.• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and reliability.Benefits: Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be detailed upon hire.Ready to apply?
